Company Description

Red Bull’s Brand Partnership team works to strategically integrate third party brands into the world of Red Bull as it relates to content, events, social programming – across all touchpoints of the Red Bull brand.  This candidate will support Partnership’s Business Development Team from an operations level including management of our sales management system, Contract Request Forms/Contracts/P&Ls, Invoicing/Revenue Recognition.  This person will also be the liaison with our Legal, Finance and Accounting counterparts.

Job Description

COMMERCIAL CONTRACTS & OPERATIONAL MANAGEMENT  

Own the accuracy and timely entry of partnership, contract, and financial data.  

Ensure all required documentation is complete, accurate, and maintained in accordance with internal processes. 

Own the internal contracting process from initial deal terms through agreement execution.  

Draft and manage Contract Request Forms, deal term sheets, budgets/P&Ls, and related approval documentation.  

Review proposed deal terms for accuracy, feasibility, financial implications, rights considerations, and alignment with internal standards.  

Partner with Business Development to translate commercial proposals into clear contractual terms and deliverables.  

Serve as the primary Partnerships liaison to the Legal department throughout contract development and negotiation.  

Coordinate approvals across Partnerships leadership, Finance, Marketing, Media, regional teams, and other relevant stakeholders.  

Manage local, regional, and global contracting requirements for integrated partnerships. 

 

FINANCE AND ACCOUNTING 

Manage partnership financial processes, including P&Ls, forecasting, budget pacing, invoicing, payment tracking, and revenue recognition.  

Maintain department-level financial trackers and reporting tools.  

Lead recurring monthly finance reviews and provide visibility into sales pipeline revenue, contracted revenue, expenses, and outstanding payments.  

Coordinate partner and vendor billing with Finance and Accounting.  

Identify and resolve billing discrepancies, forecasting inconsistencies, duplicate charges, and other financial issues.  

Support annual business planning and revenue forecasting with the Vice President of Partnerships. 

 

BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT  

Lead training and enablement efforts related to new Legal and Finance processes, tools, and requirements.  

Support Business Development in securing partners for local events, as needed.  

Create and manage sales tools and materials, including proposals, one-sheets, and internal presentations.  

Maintain organized files of all partner documentation, including legal agreements and financial records. 

 

PARTNERSHIPS TEAM CONTRIBUTION 

Foster a positive, collaborative, and team-oriented culture within the Partnerships team and across key internal and external relationships.  

Provide ad hoc support for partner projects, including presentation development and event/content execution.  

Contribute to the ongoing growth, effectiveness, and development of the Partnerships team. 

 

BUSINESS PLANNING 

Partner with the Vice President of Partnerships to support business planning, implement strategic initiatives, and drive new ways of working across the department. 

Qualifications

3+ years of experience in Advertising/Media sales operations.

Strong proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) and calendar management.

Strong attention to detail and written/verbal communication skills.

Detail oriented -- accurately checks processes and tasks, discovers and corrects errors. 

Works well in autonomy and ambiguity; proactively works through problems and creates solutions. 

Quick learner that grasps concepts and processes easily, & understands how they affect each other. 

Capable of working well with diverse personalities.

Able to effectively prioritize projects and tasks. 

Excellent organization and project management skills; able to multitask across multiple projects. 

Able to maintain work performance under tight deadlines and annual “crunch” times. 

Ability to work with different levels from senior management to front-line employees.

Bachelor's Degree preferred.

The base salary range for this position is $85,360 - 128,040 + cash incentives. Actual salary offers may vary based on work experience. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified.
