Real Estate Manager

You'll find the properties we build on and sign the hosts who own them. You'll work with our COO on every lease, from the first call to a signed deal.

What you'll do

• Find and qualify properties with the power and space for a site
• Pitch property owners and build relationships with site hosts
• Negotiate leases, access rights and renewals
• Work with engineering, legal and brokers to get each deal closed

What we're looking for

• Experience in commercial or industrial real estate, leasing or site acquisition
• Comfortable negotiating with owners, brokers and their lawyers
• A network among property owners in Southern California is a plus
