The program provides case management services and employment readiness support while facilitating access to community-based resources for clinical treatment, continuing education and formal vocational training opportunities. Position Summary:The Assistant Program Manager is responsible for supporting the Program Manager in managing and supervising the day-to-day operations of the program including staff scheduling and supervision, training and quality assurance.  The ideal candidate will have experience working in a residential setting and have strong communication skills, demonstrate an attention to detail, as well as understand recovery oriented and trauma informed care/programming.
