What You’ll Do

As a Small Engine Technician, you’ll deliver high-quality equipment set-up and service that meets manufacturers’ standards and exceeds customer expectations. We proudly serve a diverse customer base that includes golf courses, professional sports organizations such as the NFL, NASCAR, MLS, and MLB, and world-class venues like Disney.

Key responsibilities include:

Setting up new equipment according to manufacturer guidelines
Preparing demo units and assembling accessories to customer specifications
Grinding reels, bed knives, and blades; setting accurate height of cut
Documenting issues clearly and efficiently
Using computer systems for parts lookup and communication
Supporting internal quality control inspections

Requirements

What You Bring

Mechanical repair and maintenance experience (turf equipment a plus, not required)
Ability to read manuals, electrical, and hydraulic schematics
Basic knowledge of gas and diesel engines
Requires lifting, pushing, pulling, kneeling, stooping, reaching
