What You’ll Do

• Prepare surfaces by sanding, grinding, and buffing to perfection.
• Mix and apply primers, sealers, and paint to fiberglass parts.
• Perform repairs, fill imperfections, and ensure smooth finishes.
• Operate tools like DA sanders, air files, and paint guns with expertise.
• Mask and protect areas for clean, professional results.

What We’re Looking For

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 1+ year of experience painting automobiles, boats, or similar.
• Knowledge of paint processes, chemicals, and tools.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Physical stamina and manual dexterity.
