Your Role:
Our successful Bar Back promotes outstanding relations with all guests and fellow Team Members by providing service in a friendly, swift, and responsible manner. They thrive in a team base environment where everyone consistently uplifts and supports each other through detail oriented work and regularly doing what it takes to ensure all necessary work completed.
Keys to Success in this Role:
- At least 18 years of age
- High School Diploma or Equivalent Preferred.
- Previous stockroom experience preferred. Able to use a hand truck.
- Provide fast, friendly and efficient service to every guest, every time while cleaning and restocking bars.
- Adhere to established company and departmental procedures, guidelines and policies at all times, including but not limited to guest service, sanitation and organization.
- Communicate with and promote positive team member and guest interactions and maintain professionalism at all times while working with other team departments and guests in accordance to Signature Service guidelines.
- Maintain strictly, the established company uniform, well-groomed, appearance and hygiene standards at all times.
- Supplies the bar with clean glassware and bar and bottle service ware; placing them in the dishwasher to be cleaned and sanitized.
- Returns all cleaned and sanitized glassware and bar and bottle service ware to properly assigned areas at the bar and cocktail service station.
- Maintains fully stocked back bar coolers with beer, open wines for glass service and bottled water and mixes for bottle service.
- Maintains fully stocked ice bins.
- Remove all trash and mop at end of shift.
