About Cabot-Managed Properties Since 2022, Cabot has managed the strategy and operations of four exceptional golf courses across the United States, including Cascata and Serket in Las Vegas, Nevada, Grand Bear in Saucier, Mississippi, and Chariot Run in Laconia, Indiana. Position Overview The Food & Beverage Server On-Call will work with the Food and Beverage team to provide excellent service to guests of the Golf Club. The Food & Beverage Server On-Call will have a warm and friendly attitude that enhances the overall guest experience. Essential Functions Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. Make the guest feel comfortable and welcome. Promptly greet the guest, inquire as to their choice of beverage, and offer a menu. In the afternoon, ask about their transportation. Serve beverages and food, always checking for reorders/refills on beverages. Mix and pour of cocktails, beer and wine. Clear unwanted plates and glassware, present check, and thank the guest for their patronage. Represent the golf club in a professional and friendly manner and exhibit pride in the success of the golf course to guests, staff and any other parties. Present a clean and orderly bar and tables. Complete daily tasks, including wiping bar top, arranging bar stools, shining all stainless, cleaning glassware. Periodically wipe all display bottles, clean cigar humidifier, clean floor and drains. Assist other servers on floor with seating, greeting, and first drink orders if necessary. Abide by On-Call Employee Policy. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent Excellent customer service skills 3+ years experienced in food & beverage service.
