Winters Recreation is looking for a motivated, dependable, and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a full-time Wash Bay Attendant! We provide hands-on training and the support needed to succeed.

As a Wash Bay Attendant, you'll play an important role in preparing our golf carts and snowmobiles for customers. Your primary responsibilities include washing, cleaning, and detailing units to ensure they meet our high standards for quality and appearance. You'll also have opportunities to assist with cleaning, prepping, and painting parts while learning additional skills throughout our operation.

This active position involves operating power washers, safely moving equipment, inspecting products for imperfections, and maintaining a clean, organized work environment. Candidates should be comfortable working around water, cleaning chemicals, noise, and varying conditions. Attention to detail, a strong work ethic, reliability, and a commitment to safety are essential for success.

Enjoy consistent, predictable hours with a Monday–Friday schedule from 7:30 a.m.–4:00 p.m., plus every fourth Saturday from 8:30 a.m.–12:30 p.m. Starting pay ranges from $18–$22 per hour.
