Customer Service Associate

Kimball Midwest, a national distributor of maintenance, repair, and operation products, is searching for a Customer Service Associate for our Savannah, GA location.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to sales representatives, customers, and internal staff.
• Develop a strong understanding of company processes, procedures, and programs to accurately answer questions and communicate information.
• Enter phone orders accurately in accordance with company guidelines and complete special order-entry projects assigned by management.
• Accurately complete call tracking and time tracking requirements.
• Respond promptly to voicemails, emails, and Teams messages, ensuring communications received during working hours are addressed the same business day.
• Assist with additional responsibilities and projects as assigned by the Customer Service Supervisor, Admin Services Manager, or Admin Services Trainer

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications (Outlook, AX, Excel, etc.)
• The ability to communicate in a professional manner with management, sales representatives, customers, and co-workers in both written and verbal form
• The ability to read and write small letters and numbers; the ability to make arithmetic calculations; and the ability to understand and follow
• written and oral instructions
• The successful completion of a ninety (90) day orientation period

Additional Information

This role is Mon-Frid, 8:15am-4:45pm. The role is fully onsite.
