WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Lead the Business: Take ownership of restaurant operations, execute established business plans, and achieve performance targets.
• Drive Results: Deliver strong performance in sales, guest counts, profitability, labor, food costs, and operational efficiency.
• Develop Great Leaders: Recruit, train, coach, and develop a strong management team while building a pipeline of future leaders.
• Deliver Exceptional Hospitality: Create a culture of genuine hospitality where every guest receives a fast, friendly, accurate, and welcoming experience.
• Maintain Operational Excellence: Ensure food safety, cleanliness, quality, and McDonald's brand standards are consistently achieved.
• Take Initiative & Solve Problems: Identify opportunities, address challenges proactively, and implement solutions that improve restaurant performance.

• Proven restaurant management and leadership experience
• Strong business acumen with an understanding of sales, labor, food costs, and profitability
• Demonstrated ability to lead, develop, and hold teams accountable

• Ability to make sound decisions and manage competing priorities
