As a Shift Manager, you'll do more than supervise a team. You'll take ownership of your shift, lead your people, and drive results.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Lead & Inspire: Motivate, coach, and develop your team while creating a positive and productive work environment.
• Deliver Great Hospitality: Ensure every guest receives fast, friendly, accurate service and a genuine "Happy to Help" experience.
• Drive Results: Take ownership of service times, guest satisfaction, labor efficiency, and overall shift performance.
• Maintain High Standards: Ensure food safety, cleanliness, quality, and McDonald's operational standards are consistently met.
• Take Initiative: Anticipate challenges, solve problems, and make decisions that improve restaurant operations.
• Develop Your Team: Train employees, recognize great performance, and help build future leaders.
