Interpret electrical drawings, P&IDs, schematics, manuals, and technical documentation.

Investigate recurring failures and participate in root-cause analysis, equipment upgrades, and reliability improvements.

Record work orders, findings, and equipment history accurately in SAP.

Follow electrical safety, NFPA 70E, lockout/tagout (LOTO), GMP, food-safety, and other site requirements.

Communicate equipment condition, risks, and follow-up needs clearly during shift handoffs.

WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE

Works safely, applies electrical hazard controls, and respects authorized work boundaries.

Troubleshoots systematically, verifies findings, and addresses repeat-failure causes where practical.

Restores equipment effectively while communicating with Operations and Maintenance across shifts.

Documents maintenance work accurately and supports continuous reliability improvement.
