Guest Experience Shift Lead - Wondra Chicago

 

Wondra is an exciting new immersive attraction designed to spark wonder and create unforgettable memories for guests of all ages. Join our team and help bring this one-of-a-kind, interactive experience to life for families exploring a world of color and imagination!

What You’ll Do:

  • Help support the Wondra team during daily operations
  • Keep lines moving and guest energy positive
  • Jump in to help guests and teammates whenever needed
  • Learn leadership skills through coaching and hands-on experience
  • Help train and motivate team members
  • Support a fun, safe, and welcoming environment for families
  • Work closely with supervisors and other attraction teams throughout the day

Qualifications & Experience

What We’re Looking For:

  • Are outgoing, positive, and confident talking to people
  • Can stay calm in busy situations
  • Enjoy helping and encouraging others
  • Have experience in customer service, retail, food service, entertainment, or attractions
  • Want to grow into leadership
  • Available weekends + holidays (required)
