We hire those dedicated to making a difference in people’s lives.   Who we are looking for:Wildwood Residential Program is looking for a caring, compassionate Residential Manager to who has experience working with people with disabilities in a residential setting.  Successful candidates will  exhibit the ability to interact with our individuals in a positive encouraging way have a history of commitment and leadership be comfortable stepping in and filling vacancies created by leaves of absence, vacation or vacant positions  be patience, and supportive leaders  have a positive attitudeThis Full-Time, salaried position is typically a M-F schedule however this position also has on-call responsibilities for emergencies and other hours may be needed based on the need of the residential program you are coveringQualifications: Additional Requirements: A valid NYS driver's license and ability to drive and driving record acceptable for agency insurance coverage are required. Medication Administration, First-Aid and CPR certification or eligibility for certification. SCIP-R certification based on program need.
