 Job Title: Administrative Business Operations Coordinator 

Location: Selma, TX 

Reports to: VP People & Organizational Excellence  

Job Status: Non-Exempt


Job Summary:

  • The Administrative Business Operations Coordinator (ABOC) provides broad administrative and business support to EKK Eagle America’s Selma office while serving as a key connection between the local team and corporate functions. 
  • The role supports Sales, HR, IT, Accounting, Safety, and Operations, coordinates local administrative activities and projects, and helps ensure EKK processes, policies, and initiatives are effectively implemented at the site. 
  • The ideal candidate is organized, adaptable, service-oriented, and comfortable taking ownership of both day-to-day administrative needs and broader business initiatives. 


Essential Duties and Responsibilities :


Office & Administrative Operations 

  • Coordinate day-to-day office administration and serve as a primary resource for general business and employee needs at the Selma location. 
  • Support meetings, visitors, vendors, supplies, facilities, records, communications, and other administrative activities. 
  • Identify opportunities to improve administrative processes, organization, and overall office effectiveness. 

Cross-Functional Business Support 

  • Provide local administrative and coordination support for Sales, HR, IT, Accounting, Safety, Operations, and other corporate functions. 
  • Assist with onboarding, employee communications, training, events, documentation, reporting, and other business activities. 
  • Serve as a connection between the Selma office and corporate teams to improve communication, coordination, and execution. 

Projects & Organizational Support 

  • Coordinate and support local and cross-functional projects, track actions and help ensure activities are completed effectively. 
  • Support implementation of EKK policies, processes, systems, and corporate initiatives at the Selma location. 
  • Take ownership of additional business and administrative needs as priorities evolve. 

Requirements

Qualifications:


Education & Experience 

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Finance, Administration, or a related field preferred; equivalent education and relevant professional experience will be considered. 
  • Experience in business administration, office operations, HR, finance/accounting, sales support, project coordination, or a related function preferred. 
  • Experience supporting multiple functions or stakeholders in a business environment is beneficial.

  • Ability to exercise sound judgment and discretion and appropriately handle confidential and sensitive employee and business information.  
  • Ability to work independently while effectively supporting multiple functions and stakeholders.  
  • Ability to identify problems, take initiative, and develop practical solutions.
