The position plays a critical role in translating client vision into clear project scope, preliminary budgets (ROMs), and executable strategies aligned with TetriX’s modular delivery model.

This is a highly cross-functional role requiring strong client-facing skills, conceptual estimating ability, and a deep understanding of modular construction and affordable housing development.
