REQUIREMENTS:
High School graduate or equivalent. Must have valid driver's license.
Must be bilingual.
Must demonstrate computer experience in Excel by TKA Administered Excel Test.
Must be proficient with digital media including still cameras and video. Must have
excellent communication skills; verbal and written.
The most qualified candidates will be interviewed.

DESCRIPTION:
Responsible for training associate in manufacturing at facility. Responsible for providing
training support for new associates in all areas.
Perform/Assist in performing audits such as work compliance,
operations audits, etc. Communicate training information/updates clearly to and between
all shifts and departments as necessary.
Conduct Kaizen activity; promote and support the programs.
Must be available to work alternate shifts as needed.
Must have valid PIT certification or meet the requirements to obtain PIT certification.

IF NO TRAINING, KAIZEN OR AUDIT ACTIVITIES ARE ON-GOING, RESPONSIBLE FOR
HELPING IN MANUFACTURING AS NEEDED AND DIRECTED BY MANUFACTURING
COORDINATOR.
