Part-time 12 month Per Diem Positions:


11:00-1:30/MTWTHF or 11:00-2:40/MTWTHF


• $18.50 per hour (NYS Certified Teacher Assistants)


• $18.00 per hour (Teacher Aides)

• Must be a caring, compassionate person who is eager to work with 3-12 year-old students


with developmental disabilities in a small (i.e., 6-12 students) classroom environment.


Duties include working on social, emotional and academic development of students, and


assisting children with personal care.


• 10-month school calendar with the option to work a 6-week summer session.


• High school diploma or equivalent required.


• On-boarding process includes: initial medical exam; paperwork completion; attend


orientation.


• Must be able to lift/handle children weighing up to 50 pounds.
