Resources need to have strong communication skills and beable to think outside the box and give solutions.

The resources would need to support a client in the PSTtimezone.  There is travel required for key workshops, testing etc. Location is Seattle.

The client is also very mature and solution savvy.  TheLeads need to have strong communication, organization, client management andtime management skills.
