THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:

Experience & Skills:

• Strong engineering operations skills with mechanical abilities.
• Proficiency in at least three of the following areas, with basic to advanced skills in others:
  • Air conditioning & refrigeration
  • Electrical & mechanical systems
  • Plumbing
  • Pneumatic/electronic systems & controls
  • Carpentry & finishing
  • Kitchen equipment & vehicles
  • Energy conservation
  • General building management
• Expertise in using hand and power tools safely and effectively.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment.
• A friendly, professional demeanor with a strong commitment to teamwork.
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, AM, PM, overnight, and overtime as needed.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
