Description

Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced NDT Level 2 Inspectors for projects located in the Seattle, WA area. This is a first shift opportunity, and the pay rate is $35-38/hour based on experience and skill level. Job Scope:

Set up and calibrate nondestructive testing equipment
Conduct tests to ensure quality or detect discontinuities defects using NDT methods of inspection
Establish techniques for proper examination of objects under inspection ensuring strict adherence to safety regulations
Apply testing criteria in accordance with applicable specifications or standards and evaluate results
Organize and report test results. Speaks and writes clearly and informatively responds well to question
Practices active listening exhibits discretion. Communicates technical findings using industry standard
Perform specialized inspections
Perform other job-related tasks as assigned by management
Communicates daily with lead about work priorities and progress of project
Work closely with level 3 to identify and remove obstacle
Actively participate in safety initiatives, incident investigations etc

Requirements

2+ years of experience
NDT level 2 certification dye penetrant or magnetic particle to national aerospace standard
NAS 410 certification required
