Main responsibilities:Â

Oversee and coordinate all front‑end operations, ensuring fast, friendly, and accurate checkout serviceÂ

Support customer service programs and respond to customer concerns in a timely and professional mannerÂ

Provide checkout support as needed, including register functions and customer assistanceÂ
-
Guide and oversee front‑end activities including scheduling, service levels, and daily operationsÂ
-
Maintain cleanliness, organization, and a positive front‑end environmentÂ
-
Manage cash handling processes including tills, safe counts, reconciliation, refunds, and transactionsÂ
-
Monitor inventory and ordering of front‑end supplies and materialsÂ
-
Hire, train, coach, and develop front‑end associates and supervisorsÂ
-
Support labor planning, budgeting, and expense control for the departmentÂ
-
Maintain compliance with company policies, safety standards, and operational proceduresÂ
-
Complete daily reports, payroll processes, and required documentationÂ
