We are currently seeking a part time Primary Care Physician to join our team at Selinsgrove Center located in Selinsgrove, Pennsylvania.  This physician will provide treatment to individuals with a mental or physical injury or illness, dysfunctional behavior and/or a developmental disability. The physician will be responsible for maintaining the continuity of the health care and medical treatments and guiding individuals and their interdisciplinary habilitative treatment team members in formulating and implementing comprehensive individual habilitative care and treatment program plans.
