Our client is one of the leading multinational conglomerates and they're looking for Manager, Aircraft Maintenance Programme (AMP) & Reliability.

Key Accountabilities:
  • Be the custodian of the Reliability Programme (RP) and Aircraft Maintenance Programme (AMP) to ensure all fleets under management are maintained to an optimum standard and remain in compliance with CAAM requirements.
  • Drive Technical Dispatch Reliability of all assigned fleets, operating cross-functionally to influence stakeholders at various levels of seniority, in order to achieve assigned fleet and component operational performance targets.
  • Take responsibility for the effectiveness of the RP and AMP and continuously undertake initiatives to improve and optimise both programmes.
  • Ensure the level of reliability achieved is commensurate with fleet cost of ownership.
  • Ensure data being consumed is of the highest standard and act swiftly to resolve any issues.
  • Provide high quality reliability studies and ensure timely reliability reporting to CAAM and other stakeholders.
  • Administrator the EDTO programme to ensure compliance with the CMP mandated by CAAM and other NAAs.
  • Other tasks and duties as maybe assigned from time to time.
  • Provide technical guidance and professional development mentorship to all direct reports and manage their performance, training, and welfare.
  • Deputise for the Senior Manager Technical Services during his/her absence.


Requirements

  • Degree in Engineering with 7 years’ experience in aircraft maintenance and reliability program.
  • Highly knowledgeable in aircraft maintenance and reliability program, aircraft maintenance best practices, engineering maintenance management  computer systems and technical publications.
  • Good analytical skill - ability to gather information, analyse and make decisions.
  • Good leadership and communication skills.
  • Strong technical background.
