We are a growing and established construction company looking for an experienced metal plating technician to join our team in Seymour, Indiana. What You'll Do

Install and oversee framing, siding, window, and metal installation
Perform general construction and remodeling work
Ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and on schedule
Train and mentor crew members while maintaining high-quality workmanship
Communicate effectively with team members and project managers
Maintain a clean and safe work environment

Qualifications

Required:

Minimum of 5 years of hands-on metal roofing experience
Experience with metal roofing installation
Ability to lead a crew and work independently
Strong work ethic and attention to detail
Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding work

Preferred:

Valid driver's license
Experience in residential remodeling or new construction
Past experience with metal detail work

Competitive pay: $20.00–$35.00 per hour, based on experience

Day shift
