This role is responsible for the assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning, and provision of therapeutic services for participants, working within an interdisciplinary care team. The Behavioral Health Specialist will help participants maintain their independence and quality of life by addressing mental health concerns that may impact their overall well-being.     Education, Licenses, Certifications and Experience:  Master’s degree in psychology, social work, marriage and family therapy, or a related field.  Must hold one of the following active and valid licenses in the state of employment: LCSW, LPC, or LMFT.  Minimum of 2 years of experience providing mental health services, preferably with older adults, underserved populations, or in a healthcare setting.
