Registered Nurse (RN) – Atrium Health Cleveland PACU  

Shelby, NC, United States  

Where You Will Work: 

The PACU at Atrium Health Cleveland provides care to patients recovering from anesthesia in our level III trauma center with our 7 Operating Rooms and 24/7 surgical ability. We perform approximately 420 surgeries per month offering General surgery, Urology, Gynecology, Orthopedic, Plastics, Vascular, EENT, Dental and Robotic Gen., Gyn. and Ortho procedures to our population. We offer variable schedules with limited call, room to grow and advance, and function like a family unit due to our size and culture. We are part of the Rural hospital market and work closely with neighboring Advocate facilities such as KM, Lincolnton, and the Greater Charlotte Market. 

  We’re Looking For: 

  • Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursing 
  • Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the teammate practices 
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association  
  • Previous Operating Room experience strongly preferred for this position

  • As a skilled and compassionate RN, you will play a pivotal role in providing and coordinating comprehensive patient care through the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care in accordance with established standards, policies, and procedures.  
  • Using evidence-based practice, clinical decision making, compassion, and skills communication while leading efforts to create the safest patient environment and the best patient experience across the continuum.
