  • Maintain the community’s Class A presentation, with particular attention to landscaping, cleanliness, exterior details, and curb appeal.
  • Diagnose and complete repairs involving HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliances, and other building systems.
  • Oversee preventive maintenance, inspections, apartment turns, and timely completion of service requests.

  • Strong troubleshooting skills and working knowledge of apartment systems and repairs.
  • High standards for property appearance, cleanliness, and detail.
  • Ability to organize work, communicate clearly, and provide excellent resident service.
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to meet the physical requirements of the position.
  • Comfortable using work-order software and maintaining clear records.
  • EPA Section 608 certification preferred; relevant trade certifications are a plus.
  • Familiarity with Texas safety requirements and local codes is beneficial.

  • Company-paid medical, dental, and vision coverage for the employee and eligible dependents
  • Potential discount on an on-site apartment, if you choose to live at the community
  • Paid time off. 401k for personal savings. Paid federal holidays.
