HealthCARE Express is looking for a dependable, compassionate Full-Time Paramedic to join our Sherwood, AR clinic! What You'll Do
As a Paramedic at HealthCARE Express, you'll work alongside our Providers and clinical team to deliver efficient, compassionate patient care. Responsibilities include administering medications and IV therapy as directed, obtaining and documenting vital signs, performing venipuncture, assisting with lab testing and diagnostic procedures, and preparing patients for exams and treatments.
You'll also help maintain patient flow, complete accurate documentation, and support daily clinic operations. We value team members who take initiative, adapt to changing needs, and are always willing to lend a hand to keep things running smoothly.
Schedule & Compensation
Position: Full-Time
Schedule: 3–4 shifts per week
Hours: 12-hour shifts (8:00 AM–8:00 PM)
Rotating Saturdays: 8:00 AM–4:00 PM
Sundays: Closed
Pay: $25.00 per hour
What We're Looking For
Current Arkansas Paramedic certification or licensure
Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced clinical environment
Comfortable using electronic medical records and maintaining accurate documentation
A dependable, adaptable, team-first attitude

Training Information
