Home Helpers Home Care of Sarasota is looking for dependable and compassionate caregivers in Venice to provide personalized, one-on-one care to seniors in the comfort of their own homes.

We are seeking caregivers interested in overnight shifts, with schedules based on client needs and availability. If you're dependable, attentive, and enjoy helping others, we'd love to hear from you!
We welcome experienced caregivers, CNAs, HHAs, and caregivers with hands-on caregiving experience who do not have CNA or HHA certification.

Responsibilities
- Assist clients with personal care and nighttime routines
- Help with toileting and other personal care needs as required
- Provide companionship and reassurance
- Assist with repositioning and mobility when needed
- Follow individualized plans of care
- Monitor and communicate changes in client needs
- Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment
- Provide dependable, attentive care throughout the overnight shift
Qualifications
- Prior hands-on caregiving experience preferred
- Experienced caregivers with or without CNA/HHA certification are encouraged to apply
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Valid driver's license and auto insurance
- Clean driving record
- Access to email and a smartphone
- Dependable, patient, compassionate, and professional
- Able to commit to an overnight schedule
