Job Overview

As a part of our hiring process for our Pharmacy Technician roles, we will be reviewing your resume and ask you to complete 20-25 minutes Job Insights Questionnaire as a next step. The Job Insights Questionnaire is also a great opportunity to learn more about how you thrive in a professional work environment and which environments you may favor. Many candidates tell us they enjoy the opportunity to learn more about their own strengths, preferences, and ideal work settings.

A large portion of our Pharmacy Technician applicants are entering the field for the first time. The Job Insights Questionnaire helps first‑time applicants identify the type of Pharmacy Technician role that fits them best, while also helping Fairview match individuals to environments where they’re most likely to thrive and grow.

If you’d like to complete this for your own interest, you may also do that at this link: https://mint.peopleanswers.com/pa/access.do?job=592698-485519 . Please note that you will be asked to complete the Job Insights Questionnaire as part of the application process.

  • If you’ve completed this job fit questionnaire with another organization within the last year, you will not need to complete this again.
  • The system will automatically recognize your prior results and let you know if no further action is needed.

Thank you for your interest in our organization and we look forward to your application and learning more about your experience.
