Service Advisor

Job Title: Service Advisor – Car Dealership (Prestige Brand)

Location: Shrewsbury

Salary: £29,000 basic salary with an OTE of £35,000

Currently earning between £500 and £1000 bonus EVERY MONTH

Full Time and Permanent – Monday – Friday 8.00am -6.00pm – Saturday 8,00am-02.00pm (On Rota) - 42 hours per week - 1 Early finish per week

The Service Advisor will need to be capable of delivering an outstanding experience to the customers with a professional and friendly manner, advising on required repairs and clearly updating the customer throughout.

Our client is ideally looking for someone who has at least 2 years’ experience as a Service Advisor within the Automotive sector.

Essential Skills and Experience:

• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
  
• Ability to build rapport with customers.
  
• Excellent organisational skills
  
• Ability to work as part of a team.
  
• Computer literacy.
  
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Packages in particular Excel.
  
• Valid driver’s license (preferred)
  
• Ability to process information accurately and efficiency.
  
• Flexibility.
  
• Previous customer service experience.
  
• Previous service advisor experience in the automotive industry.
