Sante is seeking a Consulting Psychiatrist to provide clinical oversight and supervision to the prescribing staff for the First Episode P0sychosis Program (FEP).

What You Will Do:

Provide clinical supervision and oversight of nurse practitioners who provide direct care to FEP participants
Case review and Consultation
Collaboration with program director
Review of documentation by prescribing staff
Support continuous quality improvement and fidelity to Coordinated Specialty Care principles
Maintain timely, accurate, and complete clinical documentation in accordance with all company/agency, state, federal, Medicaid, and accreditation standards.
Check work e-mail according to agency protocol
Participate in and complete all required training courses
Other duties as assigned

Supervisory Responsibilities:

Clinical supervision of prescribing staff as well as fidelity to model.

What Is Needed:

Doctor of Medicine (MD); Board Certified in Psychiatry and active, unrestricted license to practice medicine in the State of Maryland.
Expertise in psychiatric diagnosis and psychopharmacology.
Experience evaluating and treating serious mental illness. Experience treating first episode psychosis preferred.

Pay: $140.00 per hour working 10 to 15 hours per month
