Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

We’re looking for a dedicated LPN to deliver compassionate, high-quality care and support our residents and nursing team.

 $5,000 Sign-on Bonus

What You’ll Do:

• Provide direct nursing care and treatments
• Administer medications and document accurately
• Monitor residents and report changes promptly
• Collaborate with RNs, providers, and care teams
• Respond effectively to medical emergencies

• Active LPN license in good standing
• Team-focused, dependable, and organized
• Strong communication skills and clinical judgment
• Commitment to resident dignity and confidentiality

Employment contingent on required background check clearance.

Requirements

Education

Graduate of accredited LPN School of Nursing.

Licenses/Certification

Current valid LPN license in the state employed.

Valid CPR certification.

Experience

Six months experience in a long-term care environment preferred.
