Sonic Summary

The job involves managing and overseeing Civil, Structural & Architectural (CSA) works on site.
The successful candidate will ensure project completion within the designated schedule, budget, and quality standards.
Coordination with consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams is essential, along with monitoring progress and resolving site issues.
A degree in Civil Engineering or a related field, along with a minimum of 5 years' experience in building construction projects, is required.
Working hours are Monday to Friday from 8:30 am to 5:45 pm, with alternate Saturdays from 8:30 am to 12:30 pm.

Job Responsibilities:

- Manage and oversee Civil, Structural & Architectural (CSA) works on site

- Ensure project completion within schedule, budget and quality standards

- Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors and internal teams

- Monitor progress, resolve site issues and conduct site meetings

- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and authority requirements

Requirements:

- Degree in Civil Engineering / Building or related field

- Minimum 5 years' experience in building construction projects

Working hours:

Mon to Fri, 8:30am to 5:45pm

Alt. Sat, 8:30am to 12:30pm
