JOBFUNCTIONÂ
TheAccounts Executive – Entity Finance is responsible for managing the day-to-dayaccounting and financial operations of approximately 3–5 assigned legalentities, including those operating in Singapore, Malaysia, and Indonesia.Â
Â
The role isresponsible for ensuring accurate accounting records, timely month-end closing,financial reporting, reconciliations, tax and statutory compliance support, andpayroll-related finance activities.Â
Â
The roleworks closely with the Finance Manager / Financial Controller, Global RevenueController, Global Cost Controller and People Operations to ensure entity-levelfinancial information is accurate, complete and submitted in accordance withGroup requirements.Â

MAINRESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIESÂ
EntityAccounting & Financial ClosingÂ
Manageday-to-day accounting activities for assigned entities, including generalledger maintenance, journal entries, accruals, prepayments, provisions,reconciliations and month-end and year-end closing.Â
Â
FinancialReportingÂ
Preparemonthly entity-level financial statements and supporting schedules, includingprofit and loss, balance sheet, cash flow and working capital reporting, andprovide financial information required for Group reporting and consolidation.Â
Â
Revenue& Cost AccountingÂ
Work withthe Global Revenue Controller and Global Cost Controller to ensure revenue andcost transactions are accurately recorded, reconciled and reported, andinvestigate discrepancies or outstanding items.Â
Â
Tax& Statutory ComplianceÂ
Supportcorporate income tax, GST/VAT, withholding tax and other applicable tax andstatutory requirements for assigned entities in Singapore, Malaysia andIndonesia, including preparation of supporting schedules and coordination withexternal advisers.Â
Â
AccountsPayable, Receivable & Working CapitalÂ
Supportaccounts payable, accounts receivable, payment processing and working capitalmanagement, including monitoring aged balances and resolving outstanding items.Â
Â
IntercompanyAccountingÂ
Performintercompany reconciliations, resolve differences and maintain appropriatesupporting documentation for intercompany and related-party transactions.Â
Â
Audit& Statutory ReportingÂ
Supportstatutory audits and financial reporting requirements, including preparation ofaudit schedules, supporting documentation and coordination with externalauditors, tax advisers and service providers.Â

Budgeting& Financial AnalysisÂ
Supportentity-level budgeting and forecasting, including preparation ofbudget-versus-actual reports, variance analysis and financial informationrequired for planning.Â
Â
PayrollFinance SupportÂ
Supportpayroll-related finance activities across assigned entities, including payroll,bank, general ledger and statutory contribution reconciliations, employee costschedules and payroll reporting in coordination with People Operations.Â
Â
FinanceControls & Process ImprovementÂ
Ensurecompliance with Group finance policies and procedures, maintain appropriateaccounting documentation and controls, and support finance processimprovements, reporting automation and system enhancement initiatives. Â
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Accountancy, Finance or a related discipline.Â
- 2–4 years of relevant accounting or finance experience, preferably within a multi-entity or regional environment.Â
- Good knowledge of accounting, financial reporting, month-end closing, reconciliations, AP/AR and intercompany accounting.Â
- Good working knowledge of Singapore tax requirements; knowledge of Malaysia and Indonesia tax requirements is preferred.Â
- Experience supporting statutory audits and payroll-related finance activities is an advantage.Â
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and familiar with ERP/accounting systems.Â
- Experience with Power BI, Power Automate or other reporting and automation tools is an advantage.Â
- Meticulous, organised and able to manage multiple entities and deadlines independently.Â
