MISSION

Le maître spécialisé développe des pratiques d'aides spécialisées au plus près des besoins de l'élève et de ses difficultés. C'est d'abord par une observation, une écoute attentive et du travail en équipe avec les équipes enseignantes et éducatives qu'il tente de mieux connaître l’élève, le comprendre et l’accompagner.


RESPONSABILITÉS

  • Assurer le rĂ´le de « MaĂ®tre rĂ©fĂ©rent » pour le secondaire afin de mettre en place, piloter et suivre les PAP (Plan d’Accompagnement PersonnalisĂ©) et PPS (Projet PersonnalisĂ© de Scolarisation) 

  • Aider, dans le cadre du dispositif GAIN (Groupe d'Accompagnement et d’Inclusion), les Ă©lèves Ă  besoin Ă©ducatif particulier par un travail en binĂ´me ou en petits groupes.

  • Suivre, avec les membres du GAIN et la Direction pĂ©dagogique, l’ensemble des dossiers de ces Ă©lèves. 

  • Participer aux rĂ©unions des Ă©quipes Ă©ducatives et aux rĂ©unions hebdomadaires avec la Direction pĂ©dagogique.

  • Aider les enseignants pour l'analyse des difficultĂ©s repĂ©rĂ©es et pour l'Ă©laboration de rĂ©ponses adaptĂ©es.

  • Accompagner les enseignants vers un travail diffĂ©renciĂ© en classe.

  • Aider les enseignants Ă  concevoir et mettre en Ĺ“uvre des modalitĂ©s d’évaluation des acquis des Ă©lèves, tenant compte des compĂ©tences et difficultĂ©s des Ă©lèves Ă  besoins particuliers.

  • Faciliter la socialisation des Ă©lèves dans l’école. 

  • Accueillir, informer et recevoir les parents d’élèves.

  • Contribuer au fonctionnement de l’établissement et au travail d’équipe.

  • Utiliser des technologies de l'information et de la communication au service des apprentissages (PMSCFP ).



COMPÉTENCES, EXPÉRIENCE ET FORMATION REQUISES

  • Titulaire de l’Education Nationale ou Ă©quivalent

  • Certification complĂ©mentaire 2CA-SH, CAPPEI.

  • ExpĂ©rience dans l’enseignement adaptĂ© pour des enfants en situation de handicap 

  • ExpĂ©rience au secondaire, RASED, ULIS ou SEGPA requise

  • Connaissance du système Ă©ducatif français, et des dispositifs de prise en charge du handicap et des difficultĂ©s scolaires importantes et persistantes.

  • Sens de l’organisation et du contact.

  • RĂ©activitĂ© et disponibilitĂ©.

  • CapacitĂ© d’adaptation et bienveillance.

  • Très bonne expression Ă©crite et orale.

  • Forte capacitĂ© Ă  travailler en Ă©quipe et Ă  s’investir dans des projets.

  • MaĂ®trise des outils numĂ©riques.

  • CapacitĂ© Ă  s’adapter Ă  des Ă©lèves non francophones.

  • CapacitĂ© Ă  assurer un enseignement adaptĂ© Ă  des Ă©lèves très divers.

MISSION

The special needs teacher develops specialized assistance practices that are as close as possible to the student's needs and difficulties. It is first of all through observation, attentive listening and teamwork with the teaching and educational teams that he tries to get to know the student better, understand him/her and support him/her.


RESPONSIBILITIES


  • Help children with special educational needs, within the framework of the GAIN (support and integration group), by working with students in pairs or in small groups

  • Follow the progress of these students with the members of GAIN and the Educational management 

  • Participate in educational team meetings and weekly meetings with Educational management

  • Assist teachers in analyzing identified difficulties and developing appropriate responses

  • Participate in cycle dialogues to help teachers with differentiation in class, as well creating and monitoring groups based on needs if necessary

  • Design and implement assessment methods of student’s learnings, in liaison with other teachers or professional partners

  • Identify preschool intervention needs to facilitate secondary school integration and early learnings

  • Promote the socialization of students in the school

  • Welcome, inform and meet students' parents

  • Provide personalized follow-up of students in relation with families and participate in their educational project

  • Contribute to the school’s operation and to teamwork

  • Use information and communication technologies to support learnings



SKILLS,ABILITY AND REQUIRED QUALIFICATION


  • French Ministry of Education tenured teacher or equivalent

  • Complementary certification 2CA-SH, CAPPEI required

  • Experience in teaching adapted for children with disabilities 

  • Middle and High school experience, RASED, ULIS or SEGPA required

  • Knowledge of the French education system

  • Organised and good interpersonal skills

  • Reactivity and availability

  • Ability to adapt and benevolence

  • Very good writing and speaking skills

  • Strong ability to work in a team and to demonstrate dedication to projects

  • Mastery of digital tools 

  • Ability to adapt to non-French speaking students

  • Ability to provide instruction adapted to a wide variety of students

  • Ability to work in a transversal and multidisciplinary way

  • Proficiency in English (B1 level and above) is a plus


WORKING CONDITIONS

  • Full time (27 hours/week) position
