Duties require prolonged standing, walking, bending, lifting, and repetitive movements. Exposure to cleaning chemicals and bodily fluids may occur with appropriate safety precautions.  Must be able to frequently lift or move up to 10 pounds Occasionally lift or move up to 20 pounds Periodically lift up to 30 pounds Position Type/Expected Hours of WorkThis is a full-time position, typically Monday through Friday. Occasional evenings, weekend, or holiday hours may be required based on organizational needs. TravelMinimal travel is expected, but occasional travel to assist at other childcare facilities may be required. Education and Experience High school diploma or GED preferred. Previous housekeeping, custodial, or janitorial experience preferred. Experience in residential, childcare, healthcare, or social service environments is beneficial. Ability to successfully complete required background and child abuse registry checks. Ability to travel between Crittenton Center locations as needed. Additional RequirementsMust complete all required organizational training, including Mandated Reporter Training, CPR/First Aid (if required), and applicable safety and sanitation training. Employees must adhere to all Crittenton Center policies, procedures, and confidentiality expectations.
