Job Description:
We are currently looking to add Assemblers to our team!
Responsibilities:Â
- Start and prepare the production line at the beginning of each shiftÂ
- Control and maintain proper line speed to support production goals while ensuring quality and safety standards are metÂ
- Assemble products using staple guns, hot melt, and other production toolsÂ
- Monitor product flow and make adjustments to maintain efficiency and prevent line delaysÂ
- Follow Standard Operating Sheet (SOS) and quality standards during assemblyÂ
- Inspect all tools to make sure they are in good working condition before start of shift and after each break. Â
- Identify and report damaged materials, product defects, or equipment concernsÂ
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work areaÂ
- Communicate effectively with team members and leadership to support production flowÂ
- Follow all company safety policies and proceduresÂ
Qualifications:
- Strong hand-eye coordination and manual dexterityÂ
- Previous experience using staple guns and hot melt equipment preferredÂ
- Manufacturing or assembly line production experience preferredÂ
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environmentÂ
- Strong attention to detail and quality standardsÂ
- Ability to follow detailed work instructionsÂ
Physical Requirements:Â
- Ability to stand for extended periods of timeÂ
- Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 50lbs.Â
- Ability to perform repetitive movements including bending, reaching, and graspingÂ
- Ability to work in a production environment with noise and temperature variations Â
