What You'll Do

Design, develop, test, and maintain high-quality software applications using modern technologies such as C#, Java, React, MSSQL, and PostgreSQL
Build scalable APIs, integrations, and platform services that enhance product functionality and operational efficiency
Contribute to software architecture, technical design decisions, and enterprise application development
Collaborate with Product, PMO, Support, and business stakeholders to deliver solutions aligned with business goals
Lead code reviews and champion engineering best practices, secure coding standards, and continuous improvement initiatives
Mentor and support fellow engineers through technical guidance and knowledge sharing
Participate in Agile planning, estimation, and delivery activities to ensure successful product outcomes
Troubleshoot complex production issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement sustainable solutions
Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend enhancements that improve engineering effectiveness and product capabilities
Support compliance, security, scalability, and performance requirements within a regulated fintech environment

What You Bring

Strong proficiency in C#, Java, or other modern programming languages and frameworks
Experience developing scalable enterprise applications, APIs, and integrations
Knowledge of software architecture, design patterns, SOLID principles, and modern development methodologies
Experience working with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure
Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines, source control, and deployment best practices
Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
Experience conducting code reviews and mentoring engineers in a collaborative environment
Familiarity with Agile development practices and iterative software delivery
Understanding of payments, fintech, banking, or other regulated industries is a plus

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
5+ years of software engineering experience delivering high-quality software solutions in Agile environments
Proven experience designing and developing scalable enterprise applications and APIs
Experience contributing to architectural decisions and technical design initiatives
Strong front-end and back-end development experience
Fintech, payments, banking, or other regulated industry experience preferred
