At Texas/Sagebrush Steakhouse, we’re serving bold flavors, big portions, and Texas-sized hospitality. Our Hosts are the first smile, first voice, and the first impression guests experience when they walk through our doors.

What You’ll Do

• Greet every guest with genuine enthusiasm, eye contact, and a warm smile

• Manage the wait list efficiently and accurately providing wait times

• Escort guests to tables while creating warm, engaging conversation

• Communicate clearly with servers and managers to support smooth table flow

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host stand and entrance

• Answer phones professionally and assist with guest inquiries

• Support the team during busy shifts with urgency and positivity

• Say farewell to our guests, creating a lasting positive impression

You’re the director of first and last impressions and the guardian of the guest experience.

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Comfortable using POS systems and basic technology

• Strong communication skills

• Ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment

• Flexible availability (evenings, weekends, holidays)

• Ability to stand and move for extended periods of time
