Responsibilities:
- Must be punctual and dependable
- Must be able to work a 5 day work week with optional 6th day as needed/desired
- Perform quality work as specified on the repair order with efficiency and in accordance with dealership/BMW policies
- Test-drive vehicles responsibly
- Diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicle automotive systems including engine, transmission, electrical steering, suspension, brakes, air conditioning, etc.
- Perform a quality multi-point inspection complete with technician video on every vehicle.
- Communicate directly with the Service Advisor so that customers can be informed if any additional service is needed. Provide an estimate of time needed for additional repairs
Requirements
- Strong technical background
- ASE certifications are ideal but not required
- BMW experience is preferred but not required
- Must have a clean & valid driver's license
