Cenveo is seeking an experienced Industrial Maintenance Mechanic/Electromechanical Technician to support our envelope production equipment and facility systems in the Smyrna, GA location. Envelope, printing, paper converting, packaging, automotive, or other industrial maintenance backgrounds are encouraged to apply.Advanced mechanical expertise is required. Electrical and PLC experience is a plus. Pay & Schedule $28-$33/hr depending on experienceShift is subject to change Monday - Friday; overtime and Saturdays as neededWhat You'll Do* Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.* Perform preventive maintenance and equipment installations.* Diagnose issues on high-speed manufacturing equipment.* Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.* Support equipment upgrades, rebuilds, and continuous improvement initiatives.* Follow all safety procedures and documentation requirements.What We're Looking For* 5+ years of industrial maintenance (EM Tech) experience in a manufacturing environment.* Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.* Experience with high-speed production equipment preferred.* Electrical experience up to 480V required; PLC troubleshooting preferred.* Experience with machine shop equipment, including mills, lathes, and welding.* Ability to work independently and respond effectively to production needs.Physical RequirementsFrequent standing, bending, climbing, and lifting up to 50 lbsOperate around industrial machinery and equipmentUse hand tools and maintain manual dexterityWork in noisy environments with dust, chemicals, and temperature changesWear required PPE and follow safety protocolsMaintain focus and safety awareness throughout the shiftCENVEO IS AN EEO EMPLOYERINDCVOP
