Empower Rental Group is a family of local equipment rental providers across the Southeastern US. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Cleans Equipment. Assists customers with loading and unloading fleet orders. Makes notes on rental tags. Assists customers with questions/customer service as applicable. Assists other mechanics with tasks such as lifting or moving heavy objects. Cleans up the yard and shop area. Performs some minor diagnoses of issues with the fleet. May perform repairs on the small fleet. Maintains a safe work environment. Performs job functions safely at all times. Demonstrates behaviors aligned with Company’s Core Values at all times. Assists in driving a continuous improvement strategy within the business to result in ongoing incremental gains in quality and efficiency. Performs other related duties as assigned. Job Requirements: 0-2 years of experience A valid driver’s license and the Ability to Drive Company Vehicles per Insurance Requirements may be required on a case-by-case basis, depending on branch needs. Excellent Customer Service Skills – for both internal and external customers. Exhibits average computer skills. Completes rental equipment preparation by the delivery date. Maintains a ready line.
