Role Overview:

We are looking for a Mid DevOps Engineer to join our DevOps team. You’ll play a key role in building, scaling, and maintaining our cloud infrastructure across AWS, Kubernetes (EKS), and GitOps-driven workflows. This role ensures reliability, security, and efficiency of our production and non-production environments, directly enabling product teams to deliver faster and safer.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Maintain and improve Terraform/Terragrunt modules for AWS infrastructure.

  • Kubernetes Operations: Manage workloads on EKS clusters, including deployments, scaling, and upgrades.

  • GitOps Enablement: Support GitLab CI/CD and GitOps tooling (FluxCD/ArgoCD), ensuring safe, automated, and auditable application delivery.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product teams to unblock delivery, improve developer experience, and implement shared platform services.

  • Security & Compliance: Implement least-privilege IAM policies, support ISO27001 compliance efforts, and ensure secure handling of secrets and backups.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 3 years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or Cloud Engineering.

  • Hands-on expertise with AWS.

  • Strong Kubernetes skills: deployments, autoscaling, Helm, troubleshooting.

  • Proficiency with Terraform/Terragrunt (or equivalent IaC frameworks).

  • Experience with CI/CD (GitLab, GitOps, pipelines).

  • Familiarity with observability tools (Grafana, OpenSearch, Prometheus).

  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting mindset; able to work independently in remote-first teams.

What we offer:

  • Real Impact: We’re small enough that your voice is heard — your contributions directly shape how we build, and you’ll have real opportunities to make your mark.

  • Autonomy & Ownership: We trust your expertise and give you the ownership to do your best work your way, with no micromanagement.

  • Supportive Leadership & Flat Hierarchy: A collaborative, open environment led by accessible managers who prioritize mentorship, psychological safety, and removing blockers.

  • Fast-Track Growth: As we scale, your career scales with us — we actively support professional development, training, and progression.

  • Competitive Compensation: Competitive salary and extra holiday for well-being
