We’re looking for an experienced Exterior Service Technician to diagnose problems, complete repairs, manage small projects, and perform power washing services. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in quality workmanship, works independently, and keeps customers informed throughout the job.

What You’ll Be Doing

🔹 Diagnose and repair residential roofing, siding, and window issues
🔹 Manage service work and small exterior projects from start to finish
🔹 Perform power washing services using appropriate equipment and cleaning methods
🔹 Coordinate materials, crew support, and schedules as needed
🔹 Inspect exterior conditions and recommend practical solutions
🔹 Communicate clearly with homeowners and deliver a five-star customer experience
🔹 Document inspections, repairs, and completed work with photos and notes
🔹 Maintain high standards of safety, quality, and professionalism

What We’re Looking For

✅ Experience servicing and repairing roofing, siding, and windows
✅ Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
✅ Ability to work independently and make sound decisions
✅ Excellent communication and customer service skills
✅ Strong organization, dependability, and attention to detail
✅ Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
