Newborn Hearing Screener - Part Time

Onsite Neonatal Partners invites you to join our practice as a Newborn Hearing Screener at Shore Medical Center in Somers Point, NJ.  You will be working for Onsite and receive training on performing hearing screen tests on newborn infants at the hospital

Fast Facts:    

• Part Time Flexible Schedule  
• Healthcare experience and/or Childcare/Daycare experience is preferred.
• Hearing Screening training is provided.

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate healthcare provider to conduct hearing screen tests, communicate results with parents and hospital staff.  This position is ideal for someone looking for a work schedule during the time that their child is in school   Additionally, it is a good opportunity for someone who has worked  in a childcare/daycare  environment.  You will be reporting to the Hearing Screen Coordinator at Shore Medical Center.  

Key Qualifications:   

• High School diploma or GED required
• Newborn or Pediatric experience, general health care background or childcare/daycare experience 
• Demonstrates sensitivity and compassion when handling infants
• Must have weekday availability, and be able to work some weekends
• Passion for providing family-centered customer service
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Able to enter  data using our computer software
• Excellent communication skills required.
