COMPETITIVE EARNING POTENTIAL: $80,000–$120,000 PER YEAR

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- 2+ years of automotive Service Advisor or Service Writer experience
- Outstanding customer service and relationship-building skills
- Strong communication, organization, and time management abilities
- A professional, positive attitude and a team-player mindset
- The ability to explain vehicle repairs, maintenance recommendations, and estimates clearly
- Subaru experience preferred
- Reynolds & Reynolds experience preferred
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
WHAT YOU’LL DO
As a Service Advisor, you’ll be the key connection between our customers and our service department. Your goal is to make every service visit smooth, transparent, and exceptional.
- Greet customers and coordinate service appointments.
- Listen to customer concerns and accurately document vehicle issues.
- Review vehicle history and recommend appropriate maintenance and repairs.
- Prepare and explain repair estimates, pricing, and service recommendations.
- Obtain customer authorization before repairs are performed.
- Keep customers informed about repair progress, costs, and completion times.
- Coordinate with technicians and the service team to ensure efficient workflow.
- Review completed repairs and help ensure customer concerns are resolved.
- Build trust, strengthen customer relationships, and deliver outstanding service.
