Weekend Concierge (11am-4pm)

The Dartmouth Group is hiring a Part Time Concierge to work on Saturdays and Sundays at 11am-4pm for its community in Somervile, MA.

Daily responsibilities:

• Meet and greet homeowners, residents, vendors and contractors.
• Research and respond to inquires in-person, by phone, and email.
• Schedule maintenance contractors and vendors onsite.
• Receive, log, and distribute packages.
• Maintain a neat, orderly, and clean environment. 
• Other duties as requested.

Pay rate: $19-$21 an hour.

• 1+ years of previous concierge experience.
• Excellent customer service skills and conflict resolution techniques.
• Excellent communication skills, written and spoken.
• Proactive, takes the initiative, and follow-ups with manager. 
• Systems savvy.
