About SASTech

The Sajjan Agarwal School of Technology (SASTech) at Rishihood University is a fast-growing, technology-focused school driving multiple academic, industry, and operational initiatives. As SASTech scales, it needs strong operational backbone to ensure priorities are executed with speed, discipline, and accountability.

Role Overview

The Manager, SASTech is the central operations and coordination point for the School. The role is responsible for converting leadership decisions and School priorities into structured execution covering planning, coordination, execution, monitoring, issue resolution, reporting, and closure. This is an operations and coordination role, not an academic, teaching, or curriculum-delivery role.

Key Responsibilities

Operations & Execution

●      Drive end-to-end execution of SASTech initiatives and priorities.

●      Build and maintain action plans, timelines, ownership maps, and trackers; ensure consistent follow-up and closure.

●      Identify and resolve operational bottlenecks proactively.

Cross-Functional Coordination

●      Coordinate between SASTech and University offices — Admissions, Finance, People & Culture, IT, Marketing, Facilities, Student Affairs, Examinations and others.

●      Manage dependencies, approvals, communication, and follow-ups across teams.

Process & Operational Excellence

●      Develop and maintain SOPs, workflows, checklists, and trackers.

●      Drive standardisation and adopt technology/AI tools to improve efficiency.

Reporting & Monitoring

●      Maintain MIS, Dashboards and operational trackers for SASTech.

●      Prepare status reports and leadership updates; track progress, risks, delays, and dependencies.

Stakeholder & Team Coordination

●      Coordinate with Program Managers, APMs, faculty, and operational teams on shared priorities.

●      Track ownership, run follow-ups, and coordinate meetings with internal and external stakeholders.

Leadership Support

●      Translate leadership decisions into actionable plans and track strategic initiatives.

●      Prepare reports, presentations, and decision-support documents for reviews.

●      Escalate critical issues with context and practical, solution-oriented options.

Timely execution and closure of initiatives  •  Cross-functional coordination effectiveness  •  Operational efficiency and process improvement  •  Action-item and issue closure rate  •  SOP/process implementation and adherence  •  Accuracy and timeliness of reporting  •  Stakeholder satisfaction  •  Contribution to SASTech's strategic priorities

Qualifications & Experience

●      Bachelor's + Master's Degree in a relevant discipline.

●      4–8 years of experience in operations, program, or project management.

●      Demonstrated experience managing cross-functional stakeholders.

●      Strong communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.

●      Proven problem-solving ability and sense of ownership.

●      Proficiency in Google Workspace/MS Office, Excel/Sheets, and MIS/dashboard tools.

●      Comfort working with technology and AI-enabled productivity tools.
